By law of the U.S. Constitution and by tradition, President Bush was sworn in for a second term today at the U.S. Capitol at 12:00 EST. And it was the Chief Justice who administered the Oath of Office too no less, even though he has cancer. Again, I supported John F. Kerry in the last presidential election, but out of mutual respect I watched parts of the festivities yesterday and today. The parade down Pennsylvania Avenue is continuing right now, and I tried to convince the teachers at my school to turn the TVs on for the swearing in lol. Once more, congratulations to Bush on winning his second term and on his inauguration today.
