i made a thread bitching about Outpost and discussing the bad pratice of their online store. I received an e-mail from them regarding the claim i put in with the better business bureau. they apologized for my unhappiness and are willing to pick up the memory back up and credit me the shipping charges. this really shocked me because i thought the bbb actually was useless but i am happy to see they do what they are supposed to do. this whole thing was for only a few bucks but i really did it because dollars add up and i felt they shouldnt get away with it. i dont mind tipping well or throwing a few bucks away but i refuse to get ripped off for even a dime. i encourage everyone to stand up to any flakey services and fight for every cent you work for.

their is a voice for us little people but we have to take the time to take care of it.
