hmmm, maybe becuase it was an unknow exe file but never a virus. i remeber the e-mails i got that day lol. i justw ant everyone to know that i received it origially from a friend. i had a big argument with wife and went we got home, i was in bad mood and checked my e-mail. the message was from mt friend so i opened it and poof. it instantly made me crack up.

BIGG, things that seem to take hold of your computer, no matter how harmless, are not funny in this day and age. For people like you, who are very knowledgeable about these things, it may be funny. But please try to refrain from posting things like that.

Way back when we were on the Seriously forums someone posted a link that changed the forum skin to something that made the forums unreadable. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to fix it, but damn, I was hot. Not funny. There were others that took much longer to figure it out. That kind of stuff is just rude.

So I'm letting you know in advance....if you post a link that screws with my computer in ANY way, there's gonna be hell to pay.

Just thought I'd give you, and everyone else, fair warning. :thumbs:

the weird thing is when i scan it i dont get that message. i have the html script here if anyone wants it and they can ck themself. i wonder if it has to do with the java crap which is extremely dangoruos if it's meant to be a mailicous attack which ofcourse i wouldnt do. does anyone else get that message? if so let me know as i am not.

well i wont do it anymore and most things do stay resident on a pc. you have to see some of the stuff i see when repairing someones pc. one thing i learned is never explain to them how to clean it after you reutrn there unit back to them because they then know that you saw what they look at on the web. i use nortons system works 2003 which works great to eliminate all crap from your system. the best is it does not use much resources like the older programs from there family. i hope people do never get the wrong impression that i would ever do something stupid to infect do damage to anothers property. i have too much to lose if i did and i always stay professional when ity comes to work. i will never have a problem giving assistance for anything computer related as i actually enjoy it so anyone can feel free to ask me and i will be there.
