How to respec ML Ability?

Now I am stormlord and I still love it, but been thinking to respec to convoker.
Lately there are more situations where my storm hit for 0 damage... I still dunno why and what causes this.
Guess bainshees have some group buffs against storms or maybe DI ?

and now, how do I respec this? what stone is needed?

U need a star of destiny and I think to respec u have to go to halls of heroes.

Go to the Halls of heros and there is a tablet on the wall behind the portal. Place the star in in your Qbar and use the star. That should respec you
