I was looking for the download for the bonus pack, couldn't find it. Neo said he downloaded it this morning in one of his posts but I checked 3 sites and no link yet. :bandhead:

the only thing i an really say about this pack is HOLY **** ELLEC FEILDS LOOKS AWESOME
shame we didnt get new models and skins
and there arent that many new maps
Grendel has great textures as do the rest
Ellec feilds is my favirote and lava giant i think is pretty ugly :jammin:

Depends on everyones opinion but I thought that Ellec Fields sucked real bad ( havent played it yet, just spectated ) the textures are bland and the backdrop is awful, and there is bugger all electricity. DM-DE-Ironic and DM-DE-Lava Giant 2 ROXOR&#33;

I have to agree with you, I&#39;m a bit disappointed overall. Elec fields and lavagiant2 I&#39;ve had for so long, I wonder why they&#39;re even in there, though. Maybe they finalized them, but the maps have been out there since before the first patch. The 3 DM maps I thought were very pretty, and well-crafted. I haven&#39;t played any of them on-line yet, so I don&#39;t really know how they play, but nice to look at. Still, to release a ballyhooed BP, I think I would want to really blow people away.
All that griping aside, which is just being critical, I think it is great that developing or producing companies care enough to issue follow-ups like this, thanks DE&#33;&#33;

And why aren&#39;t u satisfied with that Bonus Pack? I am very satisfied with it cause i know what Croteam has done for SSSE : nothing really useful&#33;

You know, a lot of games like BF 1942 charge for mission packs and UT&#39;s are free&#33; Free is good&#33; That is what makes Ut a great game, the creativity in maps and mods, not only from the manufacturers, but by everyone.

It was mostly because of the two maps I&#39;d been playing for a while already. I think the new maps are very richly drawn, and I&#39;m keen to play them on-line. They look like they wil be fun. But, like tonight, I got busy elsewhere, and played for a short while on GM Houston, so I don&#39;t have an informed opinion on how they play. I hope we do some tomorrow&#33;

DM-DE-Ironic plays better than any other UT2k3 DM map IMO :devil:
