CLUK8 Formally Announced
The hall has now been formally booked for CLUK#8, so we can now announce the following details:

Dates: 13th - 15th May 2005
Times: 4:00pm Friday - 6:00pm Sunday
Capacity: 55 Players
Venue: Moorlands Village Hall, Bagnall, Stoke-on-Trent

Features: Fast network with gigabit backbone, 2mb ADSL,bring your own beer separate sleeping area, console area (to include the return of Donkey Konga! & more), Pizza Hut delivery, monitor rental (a whole 21").


Following on from CLUK#7 the capacity has been increased to 55, and the ADSL upgraded to 2MB. We already have 49 signups so head over to www.centralanuk.co.uk/signup.php (http://www.centralanuk.co.uk/signup.php) to book your place now.

Just a quick update:

Everything is on-track for a great event.

Numbers - Signups are now on 56, so if you would like to secure your place it may be a good idea to send your payment as soon as possible. Signups stay open until all the places are paid for.

Food - We are going to do the Pizza Hut as normal, and continue with the sausage/bacon baps for breakfast at a mere 25p each.

Inet - Again the return of the 2mb pipe is setup ready for the lan, and one or two improvements on the routing side to give even more stability and speed.
