I hoped to enrich a PC environment for SS2 which would be put on the market later on.

First, I change connection condition.
That changes DSL to the high-speed optical fiber cable.
（ADSL 40Mbps ----> optical fiber cable 100Mbps)

But, buying a new PC is the most important.
Then, I had many choices..... Athlon64.... Pentium4....
Result, My choice was DELL XPS GEN4.

Customized spec and price
*Pentium4 660 (3.6GHz)
*Dual Channel 2GB DDR2-SDRAM
*400GB SATA HDD
*460W power supply
*ATI RADEON X850 XT PE 256MB DDR
*About 3600 dollars

Nah it sure is a good choice. Not cheap but good quality.

I pay about 39 euro every month for ISP.
This price went down by ISP's increasing very much.

But, I'm not expecting the speed of 100Mbps.
This speed is an advertisement, and changes by the conditions of location.
