ClanMecca Closing

I've decided to shut down www.clanmecca.com (http://www.clanmecca.com) for the time being since it was not being used very much and the money spent for hosting that site could be better used to improve GM. I'm not sure right now what I will do with the tools that were developed for the site, but I don't think they will go to waste. If I get some extra time I may even integrate them into GM itself.

As for Mecca Passes, the order form was on ClanMecca and I will be moving it over to GM. Anyone that had a ClanMecca email address will now have a GameMecca email address. In the meantime if you still want to buy a Mecca Pass just PM me. Thanks.

Sorry to hear this didn't pan out. It seemed like such an awesome tool. Good code never goes to waste though. Keep up the good work Sal.

Yeah it never really got used. It didn't seem to offer anything really good that we couldn't do here in the forum.

I'm sorry to hear the news SALvation. I guess ClanMecca was not as successful as we all thought it would turn out. But you continue to do good work with GameMecca, and the fundings from ClanMecca could go a quite a way in improving this site. :thumbs:
