OFx Q3 Switcher

I can't change my PR's anymore!!! I tried to to play a game and it won't let me go into the .31 or .32 category anymore. Worst of all, i reinstalled everything, putting me back into .32 again, and nwo ic an't go back to .31 like i need to!!!

please help!!!

What I do is pick a version, then click Set and Launch. AFter that, everything works perfectly fine for me.
What exact errors are you getting?
Ever try switching to a version, and then connection to a server via GameSpy Arcade or ASE?
That might fix your problem.

if you look at the image posted, the options for .30, .31, and .32 are disabled for some unknown reason. I have all 3 of them installed so I don't undertsnad why it won't let me switch all of a sudden

THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!!!!!


You should only have ONE version, version 1.32 installed. That's it!@ This is why its not working for you.
Uninstall EVERYTHING and reinstall just ONE version, upgrade that 1 version to 1.32 and everything will work dandy

the problem seems to be that the switcher can't determine what my current version is

Just so you know that you aren't being ignored, i've never messed with that program before or wanted to play past versions of the game so i'm not familiar with it. Frag has used it, maybe he can help.

I don't use it anymore either since I'm a hardcore Excessive Plus player and I could care less about the older versions, since I don't cheat so there's no need for playing the older versions.
Why do you want to play the older versions?

em...my clan which doesn't cheat but still does occasionally kick tail are almost entirely .31 based.

I wouldn't care so much about this, but the fact is that its never given me this trouble beofre and I want to know why all of a sudden this program would stop letting me switch...

okay guys, the problem has been solved. It was completely and entirely my fault the whole time.

When quake is installed, it asks you to reboot. I felt that i could install the programs and then reboot to get it to work. Nope
When it says reboot, it means reboot. Thx everyone for your help
