Well

I'm at this lan party at my friends house and my computer is acting weird

When i shake my computer my screen will have glitches in it

and when i cut my comp on and looked inside, my video card fan isnt running, and when i take out my video card a red light will come under the VGA slot i dont know what it is

i tried hookin my video card psu chord some place else, but my fan just wont run

I remember messing with my VGA things along time ago in biggs post, maybe i messed up something, not sure, but i need to know whats happening

Red light means no card installed on most MB's.Sounds like your fan took a crap. Hence the glitches u are seeing. Heat problem most likely os what is causing your woes.

My suggestion is buy a new fan for your card and see what happens.

Try blowing out the slot with compressed air that your card sits in. Also if it is Nvidia try installing the latest drivers, I had that happen to me once and it was driver corruption. Make sure that if your card has an extra power plug to try another power supply cable with nothing else on it, from the power supply.
