The Asus T2 is a nice little mini system. Not sure if you can get it with AMD 64 though. I have built 2 of them now. One for my dad and one for my friend.

Diss built one a few months back, always worth checking with him.

My next one will be a Shuttle instead of a Biostar, check out these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?submit=PROPERTY&SubCategory=3&manufactory=1465&InnerManu=1465)

lash, i think the socket 754 chips are great and run well but now that they just released a new core "venice" athlon 64, i would suggest looking for a small factor with a 939 socket for the simple reason is the chips run even cooler with a lower voltage. i will look for a good choice later on but i want you to be sure of your options. i also want to add that in june you will be able to buy a dual core x2 athlon 64 for the 939 socket. there are a lot of reviews around the web right now about them since amd has announced them earlier than they were planning. having a dual core system will be the way to go. i will also be making a post on some of those reviews later.
