Loki SC Calc Problems

I DL and install the loki sc calc and it goes through one bar of installation, gets 99% the way through the next install bar and just stays there forever...

Anyone know what the problem might be? I intalled this just fine at work, but here at home it's a no go. Thanks

Maybe the installation file is bugged.
Maybe you have some things installed at home that causes software compatibility issues.
If u can't solve problem contact the programmer of loki /shrug
