I have a cable modem and wireless router. I average 300k/sec

can anyone else see why I'm mad about this pic?

Any ideas whats wrong? I've done virus, spyware, reformat, I'm clean. So where am i going wrong with this?

I've seen it that slow before in Q3. In Q3 iirc on some mods you could turn down the rate at which you can download files from the server so that it doesn't eat up the servers bandwidth and make the game laggy for the other players. My advice to you is to locate the latest version of the mod in a downloadable file and manually install it yourself.
