This is hardly the first time nudity has popped up in a video game, honestly. There's a way to play certain missions of Max Payne 2 as the girl, and w/o clothes on. There's a patch to have nude skins in the sims. The original Duke Nukem 3D had girls that would open their shirts if you gave them money. Freakin' Maniac Mansion had nudity!

I'm not saying I support the practice, I just never understand why certain games bring on reactions that other games don't get at all, even though it's in both.

As for Best Buy carding for M rated games, that's total crap. I've never been carded for an M rated game in my life.

god of war for ps2 has lots of tittys in it ( can i say tittys? :P )
it also has a little mini game similar to the mod for GTA where you get to shag not one, but 2 hoes! :woohoo:
oh ya, that only got an M rating to. maybe they didnt get hassled from the man because it was made by sony?

Well, there is a difference between nudity and porn. Some jigglies are harmless for an M rating but porn crosses the line, imo.

Why do they make it seem like games should only get an AO rating if there's nudity involved?!?!
Why not make games like Silent Hill 3 AO since there's hardcore violence and gore in them.
The rating system is faulty.
