Hi, i want to show ya :), the community a great, fast FPS freeware game :)
(if you are serching for fast action and a great game play for free, than is that the right for you ;))

please give it a try

Download the weapon upgrade !!! : (must be unzipped to the cube root directory, if it asks you to overwrite the files... than you are all doing right, you must overwrite all ...)

Wow, and this is a free game? Kinda looks like Serious Sam to me, I'll download it and try it tonight when I'm not too busy playing MOHAA :D Thanks Darth! :jammin:

the Cube community is big ... almost bigger than the serious sam community ... :)
and mapping for cube is great fun, because you can do that in MULTIPLAYER - REALTIME !!! ;)

somehow do many people say that it looks like ss ...
but i don't know why ? ...

my opinion : it looks great - and doesn't remind me on ss :) - only reminds me on fast action

cube has even an included serverbrowser !!!

i don't think so ... ;)

there are cube releated links on the main page at the bottom...

the version you downloaded is the latest. but the weapons are there beta 0.1 the weapons upgrade, upgrades it to 0.3 (many things changed at the animation and some stuff, 0.3 looks sweet i think :))

if you don't read the readme of cube you'll miss some cool features... you should do that ;)

Cool found some map sites but one problem when i try to onnct to a muiltiplayer game it says it cannot load map :bawling: it&#39;s called nudist..

one good site is http://cubestuff.cjb.net (but for me it doesn&#39;t work with ie6, only with mozilla)

hmm... you must have nudist, but it maybe that it is a custom made map so, the sb. doesn&#39;t show it

you have to press "t" (to talk or to use console) or the "^" that is the real console it it left in the corner at the buttom, do you want to play now ?

(do you have icq ? )

oh, after pressing console button you (or "t" but you must type an / before every console command )
must type

"/getmap" that&#39;s all, but cube has sometimes issues with that ... (some times getmap doesn&#39;t work ...)

(would be great if it could be so easy in sam ...)

look in the <h1>readme</h1> and edit then the autoexec.cfg ... that you understand what you have to edit ... (it is all in the readme written what you need...)

(you have to do that even if you don&#39;t want to, cause you will then miss cool features ...)

CUbe is fun. I just replaced a bunch of the sounds with quake3 sounds :) THe sound where you get hit was getting real annoying as was the sound of the chaingun.
