I just read the article at Yahoo! News. Peter Jennings dead at 67 from lung cancer. :(

I'm not much on network news and such but he always seemed like a decent guy. I think he gave up smoking 20-years ago. Don't smoke, kids !!

I found out when I got my lunch out of the frig this morning. My wife put a note on my lunch saying that he'd passed away after I went to bed and that she just wanted me to know about it before I went to work.
So I left her a note on the kitchen counter that said " Sorry to hear! Do you need another excuse to quit smoking now? Love Ya"
