I am having difficulty in setting up accounts, I have enetered the information as instructed.

But am having problems when testing the account..

This is the error message I get when I test the account settings. I have been onto the host, and they are about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard...

If some1 could help out here, id be very grateful..

On my hosted account (GameMecca) :D

I use their incoming mail server. The outgoing mail server is from my ISP(Earthlink).

So your saying basically to try use my ISP's outgoing mail server

That is the way I have it set up. I send from earthlink, recieve from earthlink and gotips.net

Not all host allow you to send using their servers. I always set my ISP's mail server to send.

You have to use the same outgoing host as your normal email traffic.

Check your other account and use the same smtp adress :thumbs:
