I am sure it does, last I checked it got up to 45 degrees celcius.
But I have the Volcano 7+ heatsink cooler on too.

i think they are not locked but wait for the 2500 coming next week. it will have 333fsb and should be better with 512 l2 cache.

well I am scared to put voltage past 2.00
I have it at 1.80 now. If I wasnt scared I&#39;d keep going. But I am fine at where I am.
It is also pretty stable.

My 3dmark score is just under 12,000.

I think that&#39;s prudent; if you get stable computing out of it like that, you&#39;ve got a real bargain. Still, you know you want to see what it&#39;s absolute top end is, don&#39;t you? I think you got a good chip there, you&#39;d be sad if you smoked it.

it is a great bargain. its a great chip. This sucker will last me a long time if I dont keep pushing it. Its still fun to do this. I want to see the absolute highest I can clock it, but nothing else is stable.
