Good job giving up smoking. I've been trying to quit too, so far haven't been able to do it completley. But I've managed to cut back to 2 or 3 a day now... getting there.

dont stop running!!

make it 1.5 km
and dont run as fast as possible

what ever you do, do not take short breaks while your running!
just run a little slower when your tired

stop run!
Start walk before breakfast instead, jogging sucks for the legs, they get so skinny and ugly!
Start doin ironheavy squats and glutdowns, then u become sexy skinnies :D

I'd have to agree with you DarkAngel. The best way to give up cigs is to just to stop. As long as you keep feeding the addiction even if it's just one or two a day, you still haven't started the real fight. It's amazing just how sneaky the whole addiction thing works...you can break the physical addiction in a day or so...but the mental addiction can last for months. After I quit I was cranky for about 2 weeks and just when I got over that, I started to have dreams of me smoking. I would even find myself heading for my favorite smoke shop...just outta' habit. :bandhead: It was ridiculous. It's been over 3 years now and I still get the urge to light one up every once in a while. Keep up the good fight! Your mind and body will thank you for it!
