I sent an email to the creator of the Q3 Plug HTML plugin. He sent me a reply within a day and refered me to another site that has continued the work.
The Quake 4 Game Server Monitor Plug HTML code can be found here:

It's really easy and even allows you to make the code all up online and then import it via copy-paste. That's for webadmins.
For everyone who wants to view it, you must scroll down the first page and download the very small .exe to install the plugins for Mozilla, IE, and netscape.
It has a lot of customizable options for webadmins to fool around with:thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:
