Croteam Update 11/25

I asked Goran for a quick update on the status of some of their work and am happy pass along their update.

The dedicated server is done and in QA, it will be released in the next patch, 2.066.

The deathmatch patch is going good and is roughly 1+ month away.

The Sam 2 tools will be released in the third patch after the DM one and may also have some additions/improvements to the DM patch.
