If u open a pic in a pic editing programm like Photoshop elements or irfanview there should be a crop tool! just place a rectangle around the part of the pic u want to have by using the crop tool! then crop the pic!

ok i got a little bit far after i ue the crop tool to select the area how do i crop it?

deselect the crop tool and click somewhere outside the pic ! Or there should be also an option to crop it!
