To get the developers cheats just drop the console and type sam_iEnableCheats=2(it's case sensitive) that will give you hot keys for the cheats.

G: god mode
Y and F3: ghost
U: Auto-Aim
I: Invisible
O: give all
J: turbo mode
L: fly
F2: win current level
