watching the news here and it's kinda weird as if they are preparing us for a very bad attack. does anyone else get this feeling? even in other parts of the world they are preparing for something big. i don't know how i feel about this whole thing but it's creepy. i don't know if should be mad or scared. they are giving tips now incase there is an attack which they never did before. they are looking for someone in the sf area that was in a raft with scuba gear. a tug boat noticed him and now they are doing a huge search. i can't believe it has come to this where we expect something to happend. it don't feel to safe anymore. and worste of all our politicians are too busy trying to make eachother look bad and nothing is being solved.

I personally am sick of the press and government trying to feed us fear. The government does it to justify a war effort and the press does it to make a proffit! A sick freaking world.

where do you live and i wonder if they are giving it to all the cops and civil service workers. did you take the vaccine? man i do not trust it and that must freak you out that you were offered it and/or took it. my friend is still messed up from the shots he got from the military when he went to kuwait a few years ago. he is one of my best friends and is all messed up. they don't know whats wrong with him either. he hasnt been able to work for almost 1 yr. the thing that bothers me the most and actually angers me is my daughter has to grow up in this crap and i worry of this the most. only thing we all can do is repnt and pray. thats it.

Would you rather they didn't say a word? I for one like to know if there is a possible threat out there...helps make you better prepared for the possibility of something.

If the government knew of a likely threat and didn't tell us, THEN I'd be mad...

If you haven't figured it out that you have to be careful now more than ever and must rely on a gerneralised warning from out government to be aware of terorism than you nead that break.

You made some comments and I responded to them. If you don't want people to disagree with you then you probably shouldn't post them in the first place. I sincerely asked for your alternatives, and you refuse. It isn't my ego we should be worried about.

You and I have gone around and around on government before, remember our discussion on unemployment and war in the past?

You apear to have more faith in our politcal leaders than I.
I on the other hand believe in the American people but believe a part of our government is driven by corperate America and greed.

I miss the days when our government was for the poeple/ by the people. Not just for the rich.
