We had issues with our old public server, so we decided to try another service and see if it's a network issue or if it's a company issue.

so for now we have 3 servers :D

its more fun with low ping than high and i think it was more easy to do good in SS with high ping than in UT (hard to spam a whole map in UT :D )

yeah, sort of answeres :D

if it's jailbreak or TDM, F5 will give you a ready option along with a bunch of other options.
