This game was originally a launch title for the X-Box 360, and has supposedly be doing well and was one of the better launch titles. I think it looks pretty good.
Developed by Monolith Productions, the game allows players to experience an unnatural level of psychological tension as they use their instincts and forensic tools to track down serial killers and bring them to justice. Players will take on the role of Ethan Thomas, an FBI agent in the Serial Crimes Unit (SCU), whose pursuit of relentless serial killers leads him through detailed urban environments filled with terrifyingly real sociopaths who lurk on the periphery of humanity.
It also mentions later that you use normal objects as weapons such as
paper-cutter handles, wooden planks and lead pipes ripped from walls
