I am getting disconnected every 20 minutes or so from our Q4 server. Does anyone have any ideas or know where a Q4 log is stored so I can debug it?

Just so we aren't checking the same places, so far i've tried Activision using disconnect & log as keywords then glanced through the thread titles.

The attached file is a list of Q4 commands. I'm not sure if it's what you need but noticed it has several the pertain to debugging.

I've been to Raven's forum site and several others and I can not find anything.

You might try the obvious stuff like scanning for spyware/adware/etc ..., then try to play, if that doesn't do it, then turn off all programs running in the background, if that doesn't do it, disable all firewalls (including MS's) and move your PC to the DMC, if that doesn't fix it then bypass the router and try hooking straight up to the modem.

Also if you are wireless, try using a cable.

FYI I think that this is finally fixed. I run a Punkbuster tool which showed my version was out of date. I downloded the update and haven't had a disconnect in probably 10 games so far.
