Al Lewis, the cigar-chomping patriarch of "The Munsters" whose work as a basketball scout, restaurateur and political candidate never eclipsed his role as Grandpa from the television sitcom, died after years of failing health. He was 95.
Hehe...everything this guy did made me laugh..from the Munsters to his appearances on the Howard Stern show, he was a riot..

Actually I didn't even realize he was still around. Dang, he sure lived a full life and sounded like he enjoyed every minute of it. Goodbye Grandpa! :bawling:

Same here, I assumed he had been gone along time ago. I grew up watching him on The Munsters. RIP and farewell Grandpa :(
