21 are currently defendants in lawsuits

84 have been arrested for drunk driving last year

It's the 659 members of the House of Commons. The English Government!

The same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.

Heh. This list has been going around for YEARS now, and has yet to ever offer up a single solid piece of "who, what, where, when, how" to go along with it.

I first saw it when it was sent around targetting the US Congress.
