Pardon my ignorance but what does it do?:dunno:

in UT, when logging onto a server, one will download maps and such that are made available for redirect. These downloaded files are not installed, but sit in your UT cache folder for 30 days and are then deleted. This is fine with small system files, but large map and texture files can be a pain to have to keep redownloading. Up until know one has had to manually go through the cache.ini to extract the files, this program skips that by displaying cache folder files and allows one to hit extract and have the files become permanent.
