It's not as good as the $5 mags that others have posted, but $18 for 12 issues isn't bad. If you consider that you pay between 5 and 7 bucks for this mag on average in store, I believe, that's between 60 & 85 bucks a year, so this is pretty sweet.

That is a good deal, that other company that had such a great deal on MaximumPC has Computer Gaming World for $19.97.

Mine doesn't say whether it's got the CD or not, however mine claims a street price of 59.98, where yours claims 47, so maybe my link has the CD?...since we know yours does not have a CD, and we're not sure on mine (and mine is 2 bucks cheaper...) I'd go w/ the one I posted, personally.

Eh. still saves the time of downloading demoes, etc. Never hurts. Remember, jerkwad - some of us are going to be on dialup soon ^_^

Um, $20 is normal price for a one year sub. Just go to any store and take one of the little subscription paper inside of the mag or take one from someone you know.
BTW= CGW is no longer coming with discs. If you paid for a sub with discs they give you an option of whether to get a FileFront HighSpeed account for a year or get a refund. So actually, I think that now the sub costs even less since it doesn't come with discs anymore.
