If you want to post a picture, simply click on the Browse button underneath the post that you are typing. Then select the picture you wish to post from your hard drive. It can only be a JPEG or a GIF type file and has to be less than 51k in size. In order to see the size of the picture that you are wanting to post just right click on it and select properties.

Feel free to post questions here if you need help or have questions.

It has to be smaller than 51k to post it here. If is larger than 51k you host it somewhere else you can use the IMG function.

I have had the same problem as Diablo and feel stumped also. I understand it has to be 51K or less but how do you get a full size screenie to be 51K? I have to crop my screenies down to postage stamp sizes in order to get them on here.

With your editing program change the picture quality to 600x800 then crop the picture in half.
That seems to work for me.

I use View Ahead Photo to edit my pics. It's the software that came with my scanner. I used to use MGI Photosuite III but I found View Ahead has a few more options. Thanx for your help guys. I'm going to try that whocares and if not, I'll just have to host them somewhere else.

You are not going to right click it

You will double click and open the screenie
If you prefer you can right click and select 'open'

Then go to the upper right hand of your screen and choose 'file'

You will see the 'Save As' option there

don't know if the file size has increased or not but the way you post pictures has changed :

Click on go advanced --> Manage attachments ---> click on browse in the window that opens select the file you want to upload ---> Click upload and wait untill it's done---> close window and hit submit post
