One of the most often questions I run across is how to do forum signatures. Click on the My Controls link at the top of the page, Then on the left side of the page you will see the Edit Signature link. It works the same way as when replying to a normal post. Enter in what you want and when you are done, Click the Update My Signature button. This tutorial will also help if you ever have the need to post code on the forum and you don't want it processed, Use the Code button and enter in what you want, When you are through, Click the Code button again to close the function. This tutorial assumes you already know how to use the different functions like the IMG, I, http://, SIZE, COLOR, etc..... functions. This really comes in handy with things like Colored Lettering, Pictures, Http links or whatever you want to put in your signature or if you need to help someone else with theirs.

First you have to turn off the caps lock :rolleyes: :oooo:

Click the size button and when you are through click the "Close all Tags" button.

[SIZE=5]It would look like this[/SIZE]

You can also use the color calculator/visibone and insert the color code where it sais blue/red etc etc. to customize your colors. :thumbs:

Yes, but you will need to host it on the internet somewhere and link to it. I think some of the other Villians are doing this so they may be able to host the picture for you.

You cant upload pics into your sig. All images must be hosted by another site.

Are you talking about Shoggy's post? If so than that was done by using glowing text. I''ll tell you how to do it for the right price (if Shogun doesn't get here 1st :oooo: ).

Andrew it's just like when you do a normal reply in a thread, Use the IMG button and paste in the URL address to where your image is hosted at. ;)
Example:

[IMG]http://YourImageURLAddressGoesHere[/IMG]

If you can post your sig in a post, then all you need to do is link to it in your sig.

Now, if I right-click on the picture and select "Properties" I can see that the URL address for the picture is:

http://www.gamemecca.net/forums/uploads/post-84-1069036310.gif

Tada! Your picture is already hosted by GM. All you have to do is put this address between IMG tags in your sig like this:

[IMG]http://www.gamemecca.net/forums/uploads/post-84-1069036310.gif[/IMG]

Now the picture will show up in your sig. :cool:
