Are there any music writers on here? If so, what do you use? For the most part I use a MIDI program called TabIt (http://www.tabit.net/) to write, and then I run it through with SoundFonts. However, I'm looking for some new programs to use, and I was wondering if you guys could give me some recommendations.

I used to "compose" videos which usually involved cutting down some music tracks. Even though I used Sonic Founrdy's Vegas 4.0, there is a program from the same developer called Acid, which is a mid-grade to pro music making tool.

That was pretty lame, bud :P

If you want, we can create some offtopic discussion and get it moved back! :D  J/K of course.

NoteWorthy composer is what a buddy of mine that messes around with that stuff uses.

How is NWC used, and where can I get it?

And FL is, like, $150, isn't it?
