About half a year ago I had run across a video clip of a game that was due to be released, anyways it was Spore. It was about a organism that evolves in stages of different lifeforms types.

Here is that video. It is rather long at 35 minutes, but it has some funny parts like when the character takes revenge on things that messed with it as it was evolving. :D

The game really takes off when you get into the UFO stage where you can travel around your planet or go to other planets and finally other universes.

Speed up to around 21:00 in the video, nuke 'em time.
