Heh. Sure. Just do exactly what it says in the text. Get a container and mix up some cornstarch. Then use your available equipment to blast air into it. ;) Also, put it on a shaker for strange results. Note that you can get similar patterns from table salt on a flat surface if it vibrates at or near a resonant frequency.

I don't think you'll have trouble finding cornstarch. Now finding the lab equipment they used will be another story.
