What they seem to be doing does nto appear to be wrong...they merely categorize it, but perhaps they are encouraging those to keep proliferating the illegal copies...

Uh they do a bit more than categorizing the torrents, they host them as well. Seems illegal enough to me.

even if the torrent is for an app that is being distributed illegally? Like pirated software, movies, music, etc?

If there was a clear cut answer to that question, there would either be no torrent sites or many torrent sites.

i don't like how the MPAA has been throwing its weight around international boundaries...no offense, but MPAA means motion picture association of AMERICA....

if copyrights are being infringed, leave it to thr proper authorities to get the job done instead of getting pushy with foreign governments...sheeesh
