Question for Game

I have been playing here lately, I seem to have troubles, now half the time when I get killed, I lag like hell during the fight against that player, and it doesnt work on some others that way, this has never happen before, as well, Ive got to question for some of the players I played hit harder than others, which Ive not been able to figure out yet...
The final is from players being invisible on rare occasions, but their shadow is perfect on the ground, is there any explaination to lag, or graphics problems?

EDIT: My GFX Card is a GeForce 6800, dont know which type exact, but it has 512MB Memory or however I shall call it

Lag is and will always be in Sam. However, you can get used to it. Try and play in servers that offer you a ping of between 200-300 and you will soon (couple of months) get used to the lag and be able to compete well. After this time the low ping servers will play like a dream.

Some players appear to be hitting you harder than others but they are not. It's simply that their aim is better. Practice your aim with the shotty; double or single and you will soon start to hit harder.

Or better install the instagib mod and find someone to play it with that will help ur aim a lot :)

Ive been playing Exodus 7 last night, as CE)Phernix, was pretty tired though, lagged pretty bad with the thunderstorm near me, was a severe thunderstorm in fact, but Ive got a bit used to it, come in Exodus 7 like 5 Kill/20 death, then after a few hours, Im about 30 kill, 30 death :D, the lag gives some advantage, and some disadvantage, especially for cannon

actually psycho marz is right; having a router does make sam worse online. I start it to get big spikes every 1 to 2 minutes after I got it.

Also I do have graphic problems too. For example, when I play in Lost Tomb, sometimes when I go near the hole of the top floor in the middle of the map; everything goes dark for a second and I can't see anything. Usually end up dying because of it lol. What are we going to do though, ask Croteam to make a patch to fix all that lol.
