The GeForce FX card is set to ship Feb.20. It will be 128MB, and the US is only slated to get 2000 units.
These units have to be distributed by all the release partners..MSI. PNY..etc.

They are saving the 256MB version for the release of the NV35.

i seen it on newegg for 399$ i thought it was a turn down i dont liek the new FX thats why im going with the Radeon 9700 pro :De
