This is taking DRM to a whole new level. They would train wrekc an entire industry based upon the buyign and selling of used games. Not to mention it would put legitimate businesses like gamefly out of business.

Sounds pretty lame but as the article says. " It is not unusual for technology companies to patent innovations and then never incorporate them into products." Lets hope Sony doesn't get any stupid ideas to make them lose even more money.
