How I make my water seethrough(TRANSPARENT).
Cause I fixed all the polygons for it, but wont work:(

Make sure you are in polygon mode ( Press P ) Then click on the water both the top and bottom and then Press Q .. click on Transparent .. Then click on the Texture tab go to the bottom where you will see 8 squares with all different colors in them .. double click on the one second to left (right next to the biggest one) set the numeric alpha to anything under 255 .. 100 is good .. hope that works for you ..
