The prices are suppose to drop Monday by 55% which makes it really really hard not to upgrade if need be. I mean a dual core upgrade and motherboard for 200 bucks seems pretty reasonable for a home pc.

this is it bob, i'll need to be talking with both you and Biggs a bit more this weekend so i can hammer out just what I'm going to be buying.

It looks like what you were saying was possible but unlikely to happen bob (the athlon 4000+ dropping a lot) is going to happen. I'm going to want both your and Biggs's opinions in my upcoming August upgrades because I am still a semi-newb in this area.
