I went and got the TV last week that I plan to use with the PS3 this fall. It's a 60" Sony SXRD HDTV. The thing is gorgeous and just seeing God of War in progressive scan widescreen is unbelievable. Has anyone else jumped on the HDTV bandwagon lately? It's funny how you look at 4:3 standard definition set after staring at this thing all day.

Nice TV 60 inch BIG one!.. I have a Samsung 50" Plasma Television I got last December and a 32" LCD I won in a local contest January of last year. I don't have HD yet just digital but it sure does look funny when I go to someone else's place and see there 4 by 3 screen. I am looking into HD now we have a local cable company that really sucks they are finally getting some good HD programing.

Meh,a bit overrated IMO. I often go to relatives in VA and MA and they both have huge, 60 in. plasmas. It is an improvement over my normal tv, but not "amazing."

You sure they have them hooked up to true HD sources? A report just came out that says 60% of HDTV owners don't have their TVs hooked up to HD sources and are just viewing normal cable in widescreen.

I too am equally impressed. I just need HD pr0n to truly be happy now.
