Yikes. That can't be a good thing to do. Just because you can doesn't mean you should twist your spinal cord 180 degrees like that. Especially over such a small area.

sheesh, i'd wear a neck brace if my head did that. all he would have to do is trip during the spin and he would probably be paralyzed. hell, maybe the video is a fake. from front I can't even manage 90 degrees....

Really? I can do a bit more than 90 degrees. My neck goes snap-crackle-pop when I do it though, lol.

EDIT: Well, no, I can do about 90 degrees. It's hard not to involuntarily turn your shoulders when you try, which is cheating. :p
