Is this computer worth it?

My friend's friend is selling a computer for $675 but Im wondering if this price if worth it> Here are the specs

-Pentium 4 3.2 GHz Processor with HT.
-FRESH INSTALL of Media Center Edition 2005 with re-install disks.
-2 Gigs of DDR-400 Ram
-2 Dual Layer 16X DVD Burners.
-250 GB Western Digital HDD.
-Asus EN7900 GT Top video card (BRAND NEW) with Zalman VF900 heatsink & fan.
-ATI TV Wonder Elite for watching Cable & Satelite TV!
-MDG Vision MidTower & 450 Watt Power Supply. Also includes modem and floppy drive.

Im not sure because there are newer processors such as AMD 64 bit Dual Core and stuff so is this worth it?

the processor is a little weak, but overall it should be a pretty solid system for the price. It would probably be hard to beat it for the price. (But I am sure Biggs will. :) )
