I especially enjoyed the part at the end where the instructor did the "I've got polio" dance.

The guys weren't wearing any polyester, their shirts weren't unbuttoned down to their navels revealing hairy chests and gold chains. Those people don't have a clue.

BTW, bling bling was a disco fad. And the first popular rap song was made by Blondie in the disco era. Actually the VERY first popular rap song (no singing, just rhyming) was Hot Rod Lincoln by Buzz Campbell. :D
