Do we have any experienced 3D Studio Max users here?

I have 3D Studio Max and i've got some template files in .tga format for one of my driving sim games and want to be able to render them in 3D Studio Max.

hmm i use blender instead, its many times smaller and its free. i dont have it but i have plugin that convert 3ds max files into .x files(files which use direct x for meshes). so if you will ever want to do some game developing....

btw which version do you have and how big is it(how many cds)?

Mass I have version 9

In that previous post I said .tga files and that is wrong, I meant to say the templates are in nvidia's .dds format.
