That shit will never happen on TV in the USA. If you live in the far south the people who did that would either be beaten severely or shot to death. If you live in the far north then you will be sued and jailed. Anywhere in between and you have a 50-50 chance of dying or being sued, or both. And yes, you can have your estate sued after you are dead.
