Has anyone else tried this game yet? For those of you that liked the Sim City series, this game is in the same vein. The single player seems to be a bit under developed, but the gameplay is excellent and I can see it being an awesome game to play online.
The graphics are good enough to bring a machine like mine (XP2500+, 1GB, Radeon 9800Pro) to it's knees. The gameplay gets painfully slow towards the end of a scenario where there are many tracks, trains, and cities. Turning the settings down returns the gameplay to a reasonable pace, but the visual are then less than stunning.
If you enjoy strategy games or have kids that are obsessed with trains, then give this one a try. Just make sure your computer has the horsepower to run it.
