This is old news.. but I am sure everyone by now has heard that Atari has closed shop forever. Very strange to hear the father of video game companies go under. Very sad. :bawling:

Nope Atari is officially closing their company and shutting down all operations for good.

They haven't done hardware really since the 80s but have been making software for some time.
